What does the £195 fee cover?
One live opportunity, one intended lot, a pack up to 75 pages, the listed deliverables and one short written clarification. Multi-lot or unusually technical packs are re-scoped before payment.
Is the recommendation legal or procurement advice?
No. It is a commercial and evidence-readiness assessment based on the material supplied. The client remains responsible for eligibility, legal interpretation and the final bid/no-bid decision.
Can the fee be credited to a larger service?
Where the same live opportunity proceeds directly into an eligible Critical Section Review, Tender Review or Response Sprint, the written proposal may credit some or all of the Scan fee. Any credit is confirmed before the larger engagement.
Does the Scan review a complete response draft?
No. It decides whether and how to proceed. Use the Critical Section Review for one scored answer or the Tender Review for a working draft across the agreed tender scope.
When does the 24-hour clock start?
After scope acceptance, cleared payment and receipt of the complete agreed inputs through the approved route.
