Privacy notice
Clear information about the details you share with Antsflow.
Effective 28 August 2026 · This notice applies to antsflow.com, commercial enquiries and permitted Antsflow business outreach.
We collect only the details needed to assess and respond to an enquiry. Do not paste tender packs, customer or employee records, buyer-portal credentials, commercially sensitive evidence or special-category personal data into the public form.
1. Who is responsible
Antsflow operates this website from Brazil and is responsible for the information collected through it. The full legal name, tax details and contracting address of the Antsflow entity that supplies a paid service are stated in the proposal and order form before any contract is made.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@antsflow.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a commercial request, we collect your name, work email, company, optional role, selected service, required delivery window, optional marketing preference and the tender, RFP or partner context you choose to provide. We also keep a reference, submission time, source page and commercial follow-up status.
For permitted one-to-one business outreach, we may use limited professional information from public sources: company and corporate status, published business contact details, professional role, service region, source URL, relevant public tender reference, contact status and any suppression instruction. Our business outreach page explains the controls.
We do not ask for file uploads through the enquiry form. If a scope progresses, an agreed transfer route and project-specific handling terms are used for tender packs and authorised business evidence.
3. Why we use it
- To assess fit and respond to your request.
- To prepare a proposal or take steps requested before a contract.
- To deliver an agreed service, protect project integrity and keep proportionate business records.
- To prevent misuse and send relevant business marketing only where permitted by law.
Depending on the context, our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a B2B service, legal obligations or consent where required.
4. Providers and recipients
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, secure storage, business email, document analysis, collaboration, electronic signatures, customer relationship management and payments. Stripe handles payment information under its own notices when a secure invoice or payment link is issued.
We do not sell enquiry or project data. We disclose information only where needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights or complete a transaction you request.
5. Software-assisted processing
Antsflow may use software-assisted analysis and drafting tools to organise tender requirements and client-supplied evidence. The applicable proposal or services agreement defines the project workflow, confidentiality expectations and any agreed restrictions. Clients should share only information they are authorised to disclose.
6. International processing
Antsflow operates from Brazil and serves organisations in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Enquiry and project information may therefore be processed outside the country where you work. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant contractual or recognised mechanism will be used.
7. Retention and security
Commercial enquiries and proportionate outreach records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation or dispute. A minimal suppression record may be kept longer so that an objection is respected. Client, billing and contract records may be kept for the period required by applicable tax and business law.
We use access controls and business service providers. No online service can promise absolute security, so confidential project material is handled only after scope, contract and a suitable transfer route are agreed.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact hello@antsflow.com and describe the request.
If UK data protection law applies, you may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the current public version.
