Business outreach transparency
Relevant, identifiable and easy to stop.
Effective 28 August 2026 · This page explains how Antsflow may contact incorporated businesses about a specific public tender or a clearly relevant tender-support service.
Antsflow does not buy mass consumer lists, hide the sender, use tracking pixels or assume that a company plans to bid. Outreach is selected one organisation at a time, linked to a public business reason and includes a simple way to opt out.
1. Who we may contact
We limit proactive email outreach to relevant business contacts at corporate subscribers, such as UK limited companies and LLPs, or to a contact who has invited business enquiries. We do not use this route for sole traders or individual subscribers unless a valid permission applies.
A public address is not treated as unlimited permission. The company, service coverage, role and live opportunity must make the message reasonably relevant before it is sent.
2. Public sources
- Official procurement notices, including Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
- The organisation's own website and published business contact pages.
- Companies House and comparable official corporate registers.
- Public company pages and professional profiles used only to identify a relevant business role.
3. What we record
We may record the company name, corporate status, published business address, relevant service region, professional role or business contact, source URL, public tender reference, contact date, reply status and any objection or suppression instruction. We avoid collecting personal information that is not needed for the business approach.
4. Why we process it
Where permitted, Antsflow relies on legitimate interests to make precise B2B approaches about services that may be relevant to the recipient's professional responsibilities. Before contact, we consider the connection between the public opportunity, the organisation's published services and the likely impact on the recipient. Consent is used where the applicable rules require it.
5. Message controls
- The sender is Antsflow and the reply address is hello@antsflow.com.
- The message identifies the public commercial context and does not claim the recipient intends to bid.
- No invented client, award, accreditation, eligibility or outcome claim is used.
- No confidential document, portal access or personal information is requested in first contact.
- No open-tracking pixel is used in Antsflow's direct one-to-one outreach.
6. Stop contact
Reply with “no contact” or email hello@antsflow.com. Antsflow will stop direct marketing to that address and keep only the minimum suppression record needed to respect the request. You can also object to the use of your information or ask where it came from.
7. Full privacy information
The Antsflow privacy notice explains international processing, providers, retention, security and applicable information rights. The contracting authority's notice remains the authoritative source for every tender mentioned by Antsflow.
Questions about a message from Antsflow? Email hello@antsflow.com and include its subject line so we can trace it accurately.
