Antsflow uses this website to describe fixed-scope UK and Irish tender and RFP response services and invite commercial enquiries from cleaning, facilities, grounds, maintenance and property-services contractors and bid partners. Public information is general and may change.

2. How a paid service is agreed

A paid engagement begins only when the parties agree a written proposal or order form, the services agreement is signed and the required payment has cleared. That signed documentation controls scope, inputs, deliverables, timing, fees, taxes, payment currency, confidentiality, responsibilities and governing law.

A website request, initial review or email exchange is not acceptance of an engagement and is not a promise that the stated tender deadline can be met.

3. Service boundaries

• Antsflow provides tender response support, not legal, procurement-law, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
• Antsflow does not guarantee compliance, an evaluation score, shortlisting, contract award or any buyer decision.
• Antsflow does not invent experience, results, people, accreditations, policies, partnerships, innovations or commitments.
• The client remains responsible for facts, evidence authority, commercial pricing, declarations, approvals, signatures, portal access and final submission.
• No portal credentials, confidential files or personal data should be submitted through the public website form.

4. Client verification and assisted drafting

Antsflow may use structured document-analysis and software-assisted drafting methods within the agreed project workflow. Outputs depend on the completeness and accuracy of client inputs. The client must verify and approve every factual claim, result, commitment, name, number and final answer before submission.

The client is also responsible for determining whether the contracting authority requires disclosure of assisted drafting or imposes restrictions that affect the work.

5. Public prices and timing

Public prices describe the stated baseline scope and exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Multi-lot, unusually large, technical, urgent or incomplete tenders may require a different fee or may be declined. Delivery time starts only after the contractual start gate in the signed documents has been satisfied.

6. Public opportunity watchlist

Live-tender pages summarise public notices to help suppliers identify opportunities for further assessment. Antsflow is not the contracting authority, is not affiliated with the listed buyer, does not claim that any visitor is eligible and does not guarantee that a notice remains unchanged. 7. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful evaluation and commercial contact. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, misrepresent your identity, copy protected materials for resale or send confidential third-party information without authority.

8. Intellectual property

The Antsflow name, identity, page design, methods, text and demonstration materials are owned by Antsflow or used with permission. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the website for legitimate evaluation. Rights in client-specific deliverables are defined in the signed services agreement and order form.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep public information accurate and the site available, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Antsflow is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content, temporary unavailability or third-party sites. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and communications

Our privacy notice explains how enquiry information is handled. A response to an enquiry is a service communication. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and recipients may opt out.

11. Changes and applicable terms
