The decision this sprint unlocks

Can you add delivery capacity without adding an unmanaged person to the client relationship?

What changes

From a dense tender pack to a controlled response.

01

The client relationship stays protected

The partner remains the sole commercial owner and communication route unless a different boundary is explicitly agreed in writing.

02

Capacity becomes measurable

One bounded pilot tests turnaround, review quality, instructions, version control and responsiveness before recurring commitments.

03

The work returns partner-ready

Deliverables use the agreed neutral format and are ready for the partner’s own review, approval and end-client process.

Your working pack

Tangible deliverables, not a generic report.

Every item is tied to the agreed tender scope and remains subject to your factual verification and approval.

01

Partner boundary note

A written record of branding, confidentiality, end-client contact, permitted materials, communication route, scope and exclusions.

02

Review brief and acceptance criteria

The exact questions, word volume, tender context, house style, deadlines and expected output are locked before work starts.

03

Neutral-brand QA pack

A structured review of the agreed draft for requirement coverage, evidence strength, evaluator visibility, consistency and word-count discipline.

04

Priority correction list

A concise order of changes ranked by mandatory risk, evaluation value and remaining delivery time.

05

Pilot close note

A written assessment of what worked, what should change and whether a repeatable overflow arrangement is commercially sensible.

Partner pilot cadence

Prove the working relationship on one bounded delivery.

  1. Partner gate

    Agree confidentiality and ownership

Confirm the contracting party, NDA position, client-contact prohibition, brand treatment, secure transfer route and authorised instructions.

  2. Scope gate

    Bound one real pilot

Lock the tender context, draft volume, output, deadline, fee, review round and acceptance criteria before payment.

  3. Delivery

    Review, return and close

Deliver through the partner, incorporate the agreed clarification round and document whether recurring capacity is justified.

A strong fit when

You have a real opportunity, credible evidence and a deadline worth protecting.

  • You are a bid consultancy or independent bid professional with a real delivery requirement.
  • You retain end-client ownership, factual verification, approvals and submission responsibility.
  • You can provide a clear review brief, authorised material, house style and one communication owner.
  • You want to test one paid pilot before considering monthly or larger overflow capacity.

Before you ask

Commercial clarity from the start.

What does the £650 pilot include?

The baseline pilot covers one agreed review pack up to 5,000 words, the listed deliverables and one written clarification round. Wider drafting, multiple lots or unusually technical work is re-scoped before contracting.

Will Antsflow contact our client?

No. The default boundary prohibits end-client contact. The partner owns all client communication, approvals and delivery unless a different route is expressly agreed in writing.

Can the output use our brand?

The working arrangement can use neutral formatting or an agreed partner template. Antsflow will not publicly claim the client or relationship without written permission.

What happens after the pilot?

If both sides agree that quality, turnaround and working boundaries are repeatable, a separate written proposal can reserve monthly QA or response capacity. There is no automatic renewal.

Do you offer unpaid tests?

No. The bounded pilot is the commercial test. It protects both sides by fixing the work, timing, acceptance criteria and confidentiality before delivery.

Written scope review

Describe the live overflow or partner requirement

Give us enough public context to assess fit. For a partner enquiry, describe the expected volume and turnaround. Do not upload or paste the tender pack, personal data, credentials or confidential evidence into this form. A secure transfer route is agreed only after scope.

  • No sales call required
  • No obligation to buy
  • Exact scope before payment
  • Every claim stays under your control
